ALL ABOUT ME
My name is Megan Lambert. I am currently a junior at Franklin Pierce University. I study Psychology in hopes of working with both therapy and service animals once I graduate. I have always had a passion and soft spot for working with animals. I was raised in a house with a lot of pets and was always around farm animals as well. I currently have a pug, three cats, and a gecko at home.
I went to the Seacoast School of Technology for Animal Science during high school. I have worked in two dog daycare facilities in Southern New Hampshire for the past two years. I got into pet sitting last year and I have loved it so much and want to continue with it. I have also raised pigs, chickens, ducks, and turkeys at home. I have worked with cattle as well.
Providing care to animals is something I am passionate about and take very seriously. I love getting new animals and getting to know them individually. I can't wait to work with you and your furry friend/

Dog Daycare Attendant
June 2023 - August 2023
I worked in the dog daycare setting with groups from the size of 15-30 dogs. This required me to be aware dogs actions and pay close attention to the dynamic of the group. It required careful consideration on what dogs were good fits and where. This provided the dogs with a fun and safe space to stay during their day and good socialization.
Dog Daycare Attendant
May 2022 - January 2022
I worked specifically with the dogs that were not suitable for daycare. I provided single play and enrichment activities such at lick mats and agility courses. I also worked with introducing dogs to one another and making them comfortable. This job required an understanding on dog behavior and what specific behaviors or postures meant. This helps provide the dog with what they need to be comfortable and happy.
Tractor Supply Associate
May 2021 - August 2021
I worked in customer service and specifically advertising dog food, livestock food and animal supplies. I worked upfront at the register and customer service desk. This job required to understand animal health and their needs to provide owners with the best options for their pets.
